KML Surveying & Design, PLC owner, Brad Lackey, has over 30 years of experience in the fields of land surveying and wastewater/water system designing in the southern Vermont area.  You can trust that this knowledge will provide you with a superior and professional product.

 

 

Brad is a licensed land surveyor and a licensed wastewater & water system designer in the State of Vermont.  He has been performing surveying and design work in southern Vermont since 1993.  He received an Associate degree in both land surveying and civil engineering from Mohawk Community College in Utica, NY.

Brad was employed by a local engineering and surveying company for 25 years before starting his own company.  Brad is a member of the Vermont Society of Land Surveyors and, also, stays busy in local government with positions as Planning Commission chair and Cemetery Commission secretary.

Brad lives in Jacksonville, Vermont with his wife and two boys.
